I had a Technician by the name of Billy parked out front. When I walk to his van, He advised me that another Technician would be arriving. I didn’t understand! What turned out to be a scheduling conflict. Hearing this, I was irritated, asking why can’t he stay, his Calm demeanor, and wanting to take care of the customer FIRST ..This is what I immediately noticed! He called dispatch to discuss asking if he could proceed, staying on site to provide service rather than leaving. That was the right decision! Once inside, Billy immediately recognized the issue with my burner in my furnace and provided details of the parts required to make the necessary repair. Being in the people Business over 20 years. We need more Billy’s when interacting with customers! Thanks again, for providing excellent customer service! Mike
