My technician was Terry. He is the most professional person that I've had in my home to complete a service in a very long time. He analyzed the situation, he explained the issue, he repaired the problem & he confirmed that everything was in working order with me before departing the resident. He's very professional. Complete one system. 1st floor system having minor gas leak, tracked it down, and repaired it. Cycled system to making sure unit was operating. System is heating properly at this time.
