Terry is the most knowledgeable person I’ve had work on my furnace. He made me feel completely comfortable when he had to come much later than expected. He then quickly identified the problem and offered me an immediate solution, as well as a permanent one. I was so upset earlier today about this situation and within minutes, he had made me feel so much better. Terry was an absolute godsend. He is the entire reason this experience was excellent.
