My technician was able to identify problems and get it fixed. He also did it very quickly. He was outstanding!
Our heat went out on New Years! We contacted our warranty company and received a call from Comfort First. I spoke to Daniel who scheduled us immediately. Their technician Shamari came out, identify that it was the control board, and that it could take 3 to 5 days to order. Brrrrr, that meant 3 to 5 more days with no heat downstairs! I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call on Friday notifying me that the part would be in on Monday and they could install it then. Sure enough, Shamari and Brad came out first thing Monday morning, installed the control board and I now have heat! I will inform my warranty company that I want to use Comfort First from now on. I like the background Joseph gave me of this company. I will however get two other estimates. Comfort First is very lucky to have such an honost and intelligent person like Joseph working for them. I will have to get other estimates to comment on the pricing.
Gas furnace not heating due to bad smart gas valve
Complete one system gas pack. System is operating properly at this time. Duct work, found duct under cabinet that caused moisture build up. Disconnect duct and sealed the ends.
Complete two systems upstairs. Found bad capacitor and replaced it. System operating properly at this time.
