Our heat went out on New Years! We contacted our warranty company and received a call from Comfort First. I spoke to Daniel who scheduled us immediately. Their technician Shamari came out, identify that it was the control board, and that it could take 3 to 5 days to order. Brrrrr, that meant 3 to 5 more days with no heat downstairs! I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call on Friday notifying me that the part would be in on Monday and they could install it then. Sure enough, Shamari and Brad came out first thing Monday morning, installed the control board and I now have heat! I will inform my warranty company that I want to use Comfort First from now on.
