Replaced air handler heater strip kit to get heat working also installed Premier UV light

Replaced a failed outdoor fan motor. System is now cooling properly at this time.
Found primary trap clogged which I unclogged. System is now draining properly at this time.
Checked heat pump and found system running and working properly at this time in cooling mode.
Found outdoor unit not running found bad 25+5uf capacitor replaced with new 25+5
