Billy did a great job, very thorough checking out the problem and finding the issue. Tiny wire had worn through the coating when unit started and was shorting out the fan. Billy took the time to thoroughly fine the problem which was not easy.

Terry J. arrived early and was totally professional. Terry spent some quality time checking all possible problems. Tested the lines and found a leak at unit. He was able to fix the problem and tested it several times to make sure it was resolved and working correctly before he left. He had explained the main issue and what needed to be done so my husband and I could understand the issue. Also provided some additional tips and a switch that would help out after seeing past residue in pan. Although the cost of the coolant was high, this was not something Terry could control and it is of course what runs the unit. I did make a note to AHS regarding the fact that they should cover more then their $10 limit to their customers. Gave Terry J and Comfort First all high marks. Would recommend the technician and the company as top notch.
