Today I had a new furnace; air conditioner; air ducts cleaned and water heater installed and the experience was beyond exceptional! Installation went smoothly, everything was left clean and the customer service I received was amazing. Everyone installing the various systems were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to explain the process as well as the care and maintenance. The overall experience was a 10 out of 10!

Furnace precision tune up; clean and tune up furnace; clean burners, test ignition components, adjust gas level, test safety circuit, check indoor motors, checked all electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked heating temperatures, and tested overall furnace operation. Recommend a blower wheel cleaning and surge protector. All recommendations were declined at this time.

Replaced anode rod on water heater.
Furnace precision tune up; clean and tune up furnace; clean burners, test ignition components, adjust gas level, test safety circuit, check indoor motors, checked all electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked heating temperatures, and tested overall furnace operation. Humidifier precision tune up and cleaning. Remove current water pad, clean off pad housing and water distributor. Clean out humidifier box. Clear out drain line. Replace with new water pad. Test operation. Homeowner purchased a back of EAC filters. No other recommendations as of now.
Return visit to clean indoor mini split blower wheels, after I cleaned both units I tested operation and found that everything is up and operating properly. Boiler precision tune up; clean and tune up boiler; check/verify water pressure, inspect and clean burners, test ignition components, test/adjust gas level, test safety circuit, check motors and pumps, checked all electrical components, checked heating temperatures, test combustion, and tested overall boiler operation. While performing the tuneup I found that the carbon monoxide output from the boiler was at unsafe levels, after digging into the entire system and then checking with the manufacture I do believe the heat exchanger is plugged up therefore resulting in the high carbon monoxide levels. Overall with the age of the system and the current issues at hand, I do recommend looking into replacement to avoid any further issues or high costing repair bills. Our home advisor Mike will be out tomorrow at 9am to take a look at th
Performed whole home plumbing inspection. Flushed water heater. Water heater does not have a relief pipe. Anode rod is gone. Checked water quality. Checked toilet tanks for leaks and none found. Outside faucet replacement and relocation all require cutting into the finished basement ceiling which we would not repair afterwards. Water softener and iron filter discharge into the floor drain with no air gap. Master shower faucet drips.
AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. Recommended a blower wheel cleaning and a drain pan treatment to be installed.
AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation.

AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. Found multiple issues wrong with system. First the motor booster is starting to fail this will lead towards damage on both major components outside. Also found the motor starter to be heavily damaged this could lead towards failure of the system. Also found the unit not up to state code with no locking caps on the refrigerant access ports. All recommendations declined at this time.
AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. When the ac kicked on noticed the lights dimmed this is due to a large inrush of power going to the outdoor unit. This will shorten the life of the compressor, to help against that would encourage a start assist kit. Also found the ac not up to state code. The code requirement is to have locking caps on the refrigerant access caps to help against theft and also act as a better seal. Found no major issues and homeowner didn’t state he had issues with his system. All recommendations declined at this time. With the age of this equipment replacement is encouraged in the future.
Replace air conditioner with 13 SEER Air conditioner and OEM evaporator coil. Terms: 50% down, balance due at completion of installation OR Approved Financing
AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. Found the blower wheel to be extremely dirty. This will cause airflow issues, larger dust build up inside the home and also put more stress on the blower motor. Also found the unit not up to state code with locking caps. These caps prevent theft, and also act as a better seal on the access ports. All recommendations declined at this time.
System not working upon arrival. Unit making buzzing noise. Motor booster had failed. Upon furthur inspection, found dead rodent in ac that had chewed on the wire harness for low voltage circuit. Also found electrical disconnect ground wire almost broke in half. Also no fuses in disconnect, there was copper pipes instead. Overall a lot of mechanical issues on ac and also unaware if there is any refrigeration issues with it sense it won’t run. Replacement is the best route. Install scheduled for tomorrow morning.
