Had furnace tuneup & Daniel the Comfort Matters technician mentioned that the furnace fan was dirty and had never been cleaned! I had him clean the fan and now the furnace will be clean from the furnace fan and outside the furnace to the furnace filter!
Second time I've had Daniel for routine service work. First time was the furnace and this time the A/C unit. Daniel is thorough technician and a wonderful communicator. I look forward to working with him in the future.
Once again he was an excellent employee employer all of your employees are excellent. You run a wonderful company and I and I can't say enough wonderful things about your company and it's employees

Cody did a great job finding out why my AC isn’t working. He did a great job giving me options too.
Trustworthy, thorough and efficient service by our service technician Nathan. Always happy with the service from Comfort Matters but Nathan stood out a bit more. Will be happy to have him back again for future services.

System not working upon arrival. System had a pressure switch fault code. Did not find any blockages in lines or venting. Inducer motor makes enough air to close switch. Replaced failed switch with new, then tested operation. Furnace still had a pressure switch fault. All three safety switches in pressure switch circuit was closed. All other switches working correctly. Spoke to manufacture, control board and wire harness would have to be replaced. Due to age and condition and possibility of additional issues, replacement is the best route. Replacement scheduled for Thursday.
Performed annual Furnace precision tune up; clean and tune up furnace; clean burners, test ignition components, adjust gas level, test safety circuit, check indoor motors, checked all electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked heating temperatures, and tested overall furnace operation. Ignition system is failing. Electronic ignition is out of manufacture range. This means part is starting to crack and losing connection. This will make it very prone to failure and furnace to not operate if it fails. Main flame safety is well below manufacture tolerance. This will also cause furnace not to operate if failed. Recommend humidifier clean and tune up. All recommendations were declined at this visit. I will attach quote for recommended repairs.
Furnace precision tune up; clean and tune up furnace; clean burners, test ignition components, adjust gas level, test safety circuit, check indoor motors, checked all electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked heating temperatures, and tested overall furnace operation. Recommended Surge protector to prevent power surge and damage the electrical components and replacing the UV bulb. All recommendations has been declined as of now. Homeowner was wonder why the Furnace outlet is GFCI and why it trips often in the winter, It was code, we had to install it GFCI to pass inspection. It’s required for MN. Homeowner would need to reset when it does trip.
Furnace precision tune up; clean and tune up furnace; clean burners, test ignition components, adjust gas level, test safety circuit, check indoor motors, checked all electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked heating temperatures, and tested overall furnace operation. Ac precision tune up. Check airflow for proper movement. Clean condenser coil using cleaner. Check all electrical in ac unit to ensure proper operation. Lastly. Heck refrigerant charge and ensure it is at proper charge. Blower wheel is dirty and will cause airflow issues with system. Airflow is already restricted with small return ductwork. Ac electrical is failing. I do recommend electrical rebuild of ac. Overall, replacement is recommended ver repair at this point. Brandon will meet with you Monday at 3pm to go over options.
Arrived and customer explained plot would not re light. Tried lighting and pilot lit. Water heater fired normally. Customer had had service work done recently and it is possible company that had turned water off forgot to re light pilot. Also noticed loud knocking coming from tank and sign of water leak on pressure relief valve. Overall due to current condition of water heater, I do encourage looking at replacing it. Included is a quote for new water heater.

Customer stated that the plumbing company that was out earlier smelled gas leaking from the main gas tree and was able to pinpoint the fittings that were leaking. Customer pointed out the fittings and I immediately applied my soap bubbles and observed very tiny bubbles forming. I tightened both fittings down and reapplied soap. After tightening down the leaks we’re no longer present.
