Two technicians were out today..both very knowledgeable. Explained everything in detail, in the end gave us our option’s. When they came out we had no idea you didn’t work with home warranties. When claims called me back yesterday they said they found someone to work on our unit. Come to find out they had emailed this company and just giving my phone number. We did not know that Comfort Matters didn’t even work on home warranties..so I will be calling them in the morning and find out what they are trying to pull. I understand Jake is calling us tomorrow(Friday)with our options and cost.. The service we have had so far, couldn’t have been any better . Thank you Eileen Jensen...
Cody was quick to dx the problem, he was confident w his ability to fix it. I had called several competitors and when I reviewed my findings w your existing customer, he was quick to tell me if your awesome company. I was disappointed that you do not have a referral program to encourage your happy customers to be your “free” advertisement. I work w 14 women and 5 are the head of their household. I would recommend you them to you, but that makes you less available to me- unless there was an incentive. It makes good business sense. The other 3 places I had resear, offered an incentive. Cody has a trustworthy demeanor and I would recommend him to my friends.
The service technician, Daniel, was timely and very helpful. He did a great job with my furnace tune-up, as well as cleaning out the humidifier. I really appreciate the comfort of knowing that my system is well taken care of, clean, and efficient. Great job.

Customer explained water leaking from ceiling. There was no vent in location, but there was ductwork. Looked at unit in closest vicinity of leak and found drain line trap was plugged. This was causing water to back up into unit and leak into duct work. Cleared all drain assembly and tested operation after re assembly. No water backed up and water drained as it should.
Arrived and fuse on zone board was blown. Began troubleshooting and found that zone motors had been blowing fuses. Disconnected zone motors and ensured they were open to ensure airflow to house. I do recommend considering replacement of at least furnace with new zone system. I do encourage a full system to start fresh on warranty and efficiency. Brandon will meet with you on Monday at 9 am to go over all options.
