Customer explained thermostats and system would intermittently go out. They would flip breaker and power would reset. When I ran diagnostics, found that breaker was not sending power to furnace or zone panel. When I further evaluated, breaker had failed and it caused switch for furnace to fail. Replaced breaker and switch today and all is now operating normal at this time. Still recommend having an electrician out to evaluate panel to ensure breaker was not failed from another issue.
