AC precision tune up. Clean and tune up AC; cleaned condenser coil, checked all outdoor electrical components, tested indoor air flow, checked refrigerant levels, and tested overall AC operation. Would recommend start assist kit and surge protector on AC to protect the longevity of the system. Also, the air exchanger is need of a cleaning and tune up. Lastly drain pan treatment is recommended for the indoor evaporator coil, prevent biological growth in the drain pan. With the drain pan being wet and dark, growth does accumulate. All recommended solutions declined at this time.
