I was called to a home where the heating was not working. I arrived and found that the thermostat was not working. I replaced the thermostat and the heating was back on.
I performed routine heating maintenance on a residential property. I checked the furnace, thermostat, and air filters and made any necessary adjustments. I also cleaned the vents and registers to improve airflow. The homeowner was very satisfied with the results.
I received a call from a customer who reported that their furnace was not heating. I arrived at the customer's house and found that the inducer motor was not working. Customer approved repair.

Air duct cleaning service call. Cleaned ducts and performed duct sealing to improve indoor air quality.
Heating repair service call. Customer’s unit was running but not producing any warm air. During furnace repair diagnostic discovered issue with the flame detector; replaced the component and issue resolved.
UV air purifier installation service call. Put in new UV light air purifier into home's existing HVAC system. Advised customer on proper operation and care.
