I replaced the evaporator coil on a residential heating and cooling unit.
A service call for ductless mini-split installation was made. The customer in Lillington, NC converted their attic into a bedroom and desired enhanced comfort for extreme temperatures. The ductless mini-split was successfully installed, and a comprehensive walkthrough on its proper operation was provided to the customer.
HVAC UV light installation for indoor air quality. Also went through options for whole home dehumidifier installation.
Furnace maintenance service call. Customer is a comfort club member with a 4 year old Bryant system. Went through heating tune-up checklist, performed complete inspection and verified that the system was working as it should.
