I performed routine maintenance on a heating system. I checked the system for any issues and made the necessary repairs. I also cleaned the system and replaced the air filter.
Furnace repair service call. Customer's 7 year old Trane system in need of heating repair. Flame detector not working properly. Corrected and issue appears resolved at this time.
Heating maintenance service call. Performed furnace maintenance on a 3-year-old Bryant system. Checked all components, conducted a full heating tune-up, and cleaned the system. Everything is in good condition.
