We had multiple dissatisfying experiences with a company we had a longterm relationship with and planned on severing ties and find someone new. We just didn't expect to have it happen this way however the end result was most positive. Tim was our tech and was genuinely concerned that we had no heat. He was glad to come out in the evening, on a holiday yet, even calling with his ETA as he got closer. He was honest with the sequence of events to restore our heat. He explained things to the customer and not the furnace! Professional... Thanks Tim
