This was the second experience with Comfort Services Heating & Air Conditioning. The first time was for an emergency repair in November when I could get the heat above 60 degrees and this second time for winter maintenance. The technician Alex was prompt and very courteous. As he was going through the maintenance, he described what he was doing and when a part needed to be replaced he explained what it was used for and why it needed to be replaced. Prices where great and the service can not be beat! At the end, Alex gave a detailed report of what was performed and items needing to be watched in the future and recommendations. This was a fantastic experience and will be returning customer!
