Of course my A/C would go out at the beginning of a heat wave! Originally I was told that they couldn't show up for a week; but, I got a call the next day that Anthony was on his way. Unfortunately, the part that needed to be replaced was difficult to get and could take a week before delivery. Two days later, got a call again that Anthony was on his way to install it. He went out of his way to pick up the part. Many thanks to Sue and Anthony for all of their hard work.

Energy Kinetics Accell CS maintenance tune up. Also performed annual maintenance of First Company Air Handler with Heil AC system
MicroAir EasyStart control installed on an Amana 4 ton 2 stage Condenser. Reduced starting amps in half
Amana Heatpump tune up. Tested complete operation, including drain pan overflow switch to protect against water coming through ceiling. Flushed drain line and cleaned units.
Trane Unit with Outdoor fan not turn and unit not cooling. Replaced Dual capacitor, cleaned condenser coils, and added Freon to one system.
American Standard Trane AC not cooling. Found defective dual capacitor, as well as low on Freon and dirty condenser coils. Replaced part, cleaned coils and added refrigerant.
Amana Heatpump System. Performed annual maintenance and tune up. Found condenser coil extremely dirty and performed deep cleaning of coils.
Amana heatpump not cooling on second floor. Found not enough airflow, or grills to serve room. Either another duct needs to be installed, or a supplemental unit for room
