Amana Air conditioning system not cooling. Outdoor condenser was not running due to coresense protector. Found defective dual capacitor and replaced. Tested operation and all is working properly.
Amana AC with Gas Furnace, and Bradford White Water Heater annual maintenance.
Rheem Condenser with Amana Goodman Handler. Performed annual maintenance of central ac system. Recommend pan switch in overflow pan to prevent water from coming through ceiling.
Amana AC not running. Found bad Dual Capacitor and replaced. Tested operation and freon level.
Burnham Gas Boiler not heating. Found primary control defective and replaced.
Leak from Peerless Boiler heating system, turned out to be coming from humidifier water line. Repaired line and tested operation.
Water heater flue improperly installed under boiler flue. Also found it blocked. Cut into chimney above the boiler flue and closed old openings.

Error code 97 on Fujitsu Ductless. Replaced Main PCB board on outdoor unit. Verified operation after installation.
Rheem Marathon Electric Water Heater Leaking. Found tank defective, and replaced, with Bradford White Water Heater.
New Yorker gas boiler no heat. Found defective burner control and replaced.
Peerless Gas Boiler Clicking on and off. Found defective White Rodgers zone valves on 2 zones. Also performed heating tune up
No heat Utica Gas Boiler. Found pilot not lighting, due to it being wet from water leak at expansion tank. Replaced expansion bladder tank, as well as air vent, and relief valve. Dried pilot assembly and relit pilot, after refilling and purging boiler. Tested for draft and carbon monoxide in flue to chimney.
