Of course my A/C would go out at the beginning of a heat wave! Originally I was told that they couldn't show up for a week; but, I got a call the next day that Anthony was on his way. Unfortunately, the part that needed to be replaced was difficult to get and could take a week before delivery. Two days later, got a call again that Anthony was on his way to install it. He went out of his way to pick up the part. Many thanks to Sue and Anthony for all of their hard work.

Trane / American Standard Air conditioning system tune up and inspection. Found compressor failing on downstairs system. Due to age and cost of repairs, system should be replaced.
Heil Tempstar Air conditioning unit not cooling. Found defective ECM Variable speed fan motor. Replaced and tested operation.
