My A/C stopped working late Saturday night on a holiday weekend. I called service and received a prompt call back from Adam Epstein who came to my house late that very same night. Adam had all the necessary parts and repaired my A/C in short order. Thanks to Adam we enjoyed the holiday weekend with a comfortable home.

Carrier ac and gas furnace tune up. Ac system has r22 which is obsolete. Time to plan and budget for replacement of system based on age and condition
American Standard Trane Air Conditioning unit using r22 freon, matched with Carrier Payne Coil and Gas Furnace. Performed annual maintenance.
Amana air conditioning unit not cooling. Found defective capacitor preventing compressor from starting. Replaced and checked operation.
Amana Heatpump not cooling. Found batteries in white rodgers thermostat needed replacing. Replaced batteries and performed annual maintenance.
Water coming through ceiling. Repipe drain piping to remove water heater pan from ac drain line, which was causing water in pan. Also found cracked pvc joint at tee which was fixed with repipe.
Amana AC tune up. Made adjustment to freon charge to reduce subcooling from 20 to 13. AC isnt keeping up when hot outside and running all the time.
