Compass Heating and Air is not only and HVAC servicer for Picture Show but an extended member of our family. As the General Manager of this facility I have had the honor to work with Compass Heating and Air over the past 4 years. Compass comes on the drop of a dime to fix any problem we have. It can be at 1pm or 1am, their customer service is top notch. Mike Gunderson runs a flawless operation and was very pleased that their services expanded to large commercial installation of HVAC units. Best bid in town and delivered within the time line given. Do not waste your time getting an installation company that talks to you like you do not understand the problem, trust in Compass to explain the issue thoroughly and give an honest opinion of the fix. If they can fix mid 1970's 20 ton General Snyder units, I am sure they can fix anything.
