Wonderful service from Russ once again! I put a request for service on their website before they were open and they responded almost immediately. Russ told me exactly when to expect him and he was extremely prompt. He fixed my furnace at a fair price. In addition, I really appreciate that he did not try to sell me parts I did not need!
