Greg is one of a kind. He is the only electrician I’ve worked with who took the time to throughly explain his recommendations on what needs to be fixed without being verbose. He handled our questions with care and didn’t upsell a thing, and provided us with realistic next steps and time to decide. At the end of it all, he even laughed at our (awful) jokes in-between. We would be more than happy to work with him again and encourage others to use this company’s services. They’re clearly a gem in NoVA.

Andrew was on time, quickly identified the problem (blocked drip pan drain), and resolved it. Good communication, and explained what was going on. No mess, I liked the fact that shoe coverings and a drop cloth were used. Well worth the cost. I will use this company in the future for any A/C issues.
