Conde Tech Services was called to come clean up a mess made by my prior provider. They are thorough and fair. The techs I’ve worked with are all very experienced and haven’t tried to sell me anything extra like I get with every visit from larger operators in the area. Well done Matt and team! Eddie was the technician that showed up to our house. He called ahead to let us know he was on the way and was very friendly and courteous upon arriving. He ensured that the he laid down a tarp next to our fireplace, which he came to inspect, to ensure that clean up was easier later. Upon getting our fireplace working again, he was easily able to clean up quickly and even showed us what to do to ensure we could try and navigate this issue in the future. He was thorough about inspecting our HVAC and heaters and again helpful on all fronts.

We needed our gas fireplace cleaned and service, the techs were on time and really know what they are doing. The fireplace would not light all the time and they were able re-adjust the ignitor so it was closer to pilot port and now lights every time. The were very detailed in cleaning the logs, glass and all parts while replacing the embers and made adjustments to logs so it looked even more realistic. The left me a very detailed report of all the items they addressed. I would highly recommend Conde Tech Services and will be using them again for annual cleaning and services, well worth calling them.
