Technician performed spring tune up for client -Condenser was thoroughly cleaned for efficiency and longevity of the system -Electrical components were working properly and were within range -Refrigerant levels R22 were within range and cooling properly -Ducting appeared to be in tact -Safety switch was recommended to prevent ceiling flood damage -System is 13 years old but it cooling properly for the clients and is ready for summer
