Performed diagnostic on unit. Has basically already diagnosed unit on last visit and homeowner knew what the problem was as well. Was waiting on home warranty to fix the issue as that is what he pays for, but at this point he is fed up with them and wants it fixed. Unit is low on refrigerant, which is why it’s not cooling. Homeowner wants to only recharge it for now and see if unit can make it through summer, and will deal with it in the winter time. Recharged unit with 4lbs of r410A refrigerant to bring unit back to proper operating pressures. Unit producing perfect 20 degree split. Homeowner knows there is no warranties with refrigerant. Cycled system, system is operational upon departure.
