Arrived On site to perform diagnostic on 2003 heat pump unit. Upon arrival Jason stated that the inspector had been out and recently found that the system was not providing the proper temperature split To properly heat and cool the house. Jason will be moving out in the next two weeks and needs to get the system passing for inspection. Jason states that the system has been working fine since he’s lived here and he has only done one repair which was fixing the condensation lines from leaking through the drywall. First found that filter was heavily clogged up and was washed out and placed back into the system. Proceeded to outdoor unit and found that it was in bad shape although operational. Condenser coil was heavily damaged on the side possibly from installation years ago. Condenser coil is covered in dust and debris and needs to be thoroughly cleaned out was unable to do this during the visit because there was no water Spicket nearby. Began measuring refrigerant pressures and found
