Arrived on site to perform diagnostic on a 2019 trans system. Client stated she just moved in and haven’t used system and got warming up she and to use it system turns on and no air flow. Client stated she think something is stuck of clogged or not connected. Cycled unit. System did Turn on and was operational. Blower motor was operating as you could hear it from return. Inspected filter and filter was so heavily Clogged that was not allowing any airflow into system so not allowing airflow to be produced cold into home. Replaced filter and inspected and system was cooling and now had airflow In every vent. Had client inspected and personally feel berms to feel air flow is coming out. Found some Registers are pointed toward the walls so not allowing great airflow to living room or circulate properly. Recommend adding surge protectors on units to protect from electrical surge and power outages that can damage or even short out systems and components due to being the type of system they
