Summer AC Maintenance Performed Upon arrival system is working and operational. I began my maintenance at the outdoor condenser by breaking it down and cleaning with water and coil solution. Inspected electrical components and measured amp draws on system. Checked and tested refrigerant pressures and charge. Upon inspection of outdoor unit, starter is heavily pitted and should be replaced to ensure reliability, start up compressor is pulling high amperage, recommended a compressor saver kit be added to reduce the wear on compressor. I then proceeded to the indoor heat pump. Checked and inspected electricals components, ensuring connections were tight. Inspected blower wheel for dust and balance. Checked condensates for drainage. Checked and Changed filter. Measured temp split. Upon departure system is working and operational.
