Performed AC maintenance on a Goodman heat pump. System is cooling 17 degrees. Condensate line is clear, condensate pump is in working order. Indoor coil is clean of debris. Outdoor unit was chemically cleaned. Service panel and compressor bay was cleaned. Refrigerant levels and pressures are in range. Outdoor control board has burn marks on the diodes due to power surges, a surge protector was installed today. Primary start component is in range at thus time. Compressor and fan amps are in range. System was running at end of appointment.
