Performed furnace maintenance on 15 year old payne furnace. Upon my maintenance I came across a few points of concerns that were addressed. Payne Furnace- 1. Found that airflow was zero point .75, This is an indication of air restriction across the heat exchanger. 2. Temp rise was exceeding 60. This is due to low airflow and will result in higher heat buildup 3. Found an indoor blower motor is leaking oil from bearing, Motor is operational although can lead to motor locking up or overheating 4. Battery cap for indoor blower is becoming weak due the higher amperage Pull of indoor fan motor leaking. 5. Flame sensor has become discolored(green) Which is an indication that the flame sensor may fail in the future. 6. Duct Runs in Garage are not sealed properly and sucking dirt within ducts 7. Attic ductwork R4, Found ductwork in certain locations ripped up or completely exposed this will reduce airflow in temperature transfer the rooms
