Performed furnace maintenance on two system Carrier. Upon my maintenance there were a few points and concerns that were addressed. Mr. Davis would like to speak with his wife about a date and time so that I may return and perform hydro test on the heat exchangers with a supervisor. Downstairs furnace- 1. Found multiple heat spots on Heat exchanger, this is an indication of overheating and may indicate a breach within the stamps of the heat exchanger. 2. Measure Airflow on System(static pressure) And found that it was at 1.95 which is incredibly high indicating a very significant restrictions across the heat exchanger 3. Temp rise was also above desired range Which indicate overheating 4. Flame sensor is beginning to turn green and could potential he fail due to not being able to sense burner flames within the cells 5. Found dust buildup with an indoor blower cabinet and also an scroll wheel this is due to 1 inch filter is not being swapped out every 1 to 3 months Upstairs furnace- 1
