Inspected heating system for faults. Tested temperature rise and removed clogged filter. Replaced filter. Temperature rise dropped down to 105F from 150F. This is because the filter was completely restricting the airflow and causing the furnaces high temperature limit switch to open. Further inspected the system and tested the blower motor capacitor, this should be replaced as it’s weak. The ignitor is good. Flame sensor needs cleaning, overall system should have a maintenance performed. Additionally the condensate line has no trap or vent to clear the drain, there is also no overflow switch to protect the system if a clog backs up water into the system.
