Technician arrived on site and started performing one HVAC combo tuneup. Started with the heater. Went through entire 20 point safety inspection. Static, motor amperage, heat rise, and safety components all checked out. Customer changed his own filter. Went outside to condenser and checked The coil, it was in good shape. Cleaned it with water as per the data plate no chemicals. Check motor amperage on start up and while running, and it was within the manufacture specifications. The ducts on the system are completely trashed insulation is falling apart could not get duck sizes off ducts because of wear and tear. Recommend replacement with new or six or eight insulation for better air
