Arrived on site to perform spring tune on a 2017 lennox unit. Condenser coil in back yard. Furnace and Evaporator coil located in attic. Client stated no issues. Cycled cooling. Washed condenser inside and out. Primary and secondary motor controls are both good. Fan motor is good. Compressor start ups are high would recommend adding a compressor booster kit to help prolong life of unit. Run amps are good. Pressure are good and cooling home at 20 degrees. No protection on unit advised and recommended adding surge protectors on unit to protect systems from electrical surges and power outages that can damage or even short out systems. Filter is good and was replaced Last visit Cycled unit. Went over all findings and recommendations with client. Client is aware of how system is and did declined recommended work at this time and did not want to renew at this time. Advised close wouldn’t come back out unless he’s is a active maintenance plan. Advised client to. Or stay off of maintenanc
