Performed AC maintenance on a carrier condenser. Systems cooling temperature split is 24 degrees. Condensate lines are clear. Start control for the indoor blower is out of range. Indoor motor is leaking oil. Outdoor unit was chemically cleaned. Starter is showing heavy signs of wear. Compressor and fan amps are ok. Refrigerant levels are ok. System is not protected.
