Awesome service from a fine employee

Mr. Pucillo was early for his appointment and had two thermostats installed, checked and set in the time it would have taken me to read the instructions. He is everything I would have wanted as an employee when I was working. I am so glad we are one of your customers. Bill Stanhope

Excellent in all respects

The sales person offered detailed explanations of our needs and the solutions of the new system. The quote was fair and reasonable and offered sound alternatives such as removal of old and failed insulation, sealing the ducts and the reapplication of new insulation and wrap. None of the other quoting firms offered a similar cost saving alternative. The installer also kept us informed at each step of the process, arrived exactly on time and left the site immaculately clean. Great job !!

Installation of Phenomenal Air R6.0 This estimate has seasonal special pricing of $1620 with an additional 10% military discount as a thank you for your service. With a happy early Veterans Day! Performed FAU maintenance on 2 year old Lennox unit. Cleaned return grate. Filter was recently installed by Juan. Flushed condensate drain with water and verified condensate pump works. Inspected electrical connections. Inspected blower compartment, blower wheel is clean and balanced. Tested resistance of hot surface igniter. Cleaned flame sensor. Temperature rise is within limits. Opened damper to supply more air to the additional bedrooms. Trimmed flue exhaust pipe so cover would sit lower to prevent water from entering. While working on his system I accidentally caused a short which blew the surge protector that the furnace was plugged in to. Because of this and with Dave’s permission I installed a surge protector on the furnace. Items added: Phenomenal Aire 24v transformer

Technician arrived to perform spring tune up for Mini Split and 2 Heads -Condenser was cleaned out with water -Electrical components are working good, however client stated condensate pump was making a strange noise on Sunday -The noise is not currently happening, I did open it up and adjust the way it was sitting, as it was a little off center -Refrigerant levels are within range -All four filters were cleaned out -System is cooling efficiently and is ready for summer

Arrived on site to perform spring tune up on 2 2004 Goodman units. Client son was home. Cycled both units and son stated one in has been down for 1 Month and wants it fixed for summer. Had to inspect bigger unit. Found start worn out. Secondary motor control is completely bad. Put a new one in to test if unit operational. Compressor turned off but fan motor did not. Advised fan is seized up. Unit would be needed parts replaced or as far as rebuilding unit to get it operational. Was not able to checked pressure but dose hold R-22. Washed condenser coil inside and out. Found starter worn out. Recommend replacing to prolong life. Secondary motor control is good as it has been replaced in past. Fan motor is leaking oil and is pulling max amps of 1.6 and advised motor can fail. Checked start up amps and compressor has high start up but in range recommend adding compressor booster kit due to age and hard start up to preserve compressor life. Run amps is pulling 9 amps and max at 16. Advise
