Performed AC Diagnostic on 2017 Maytag condensing unit. Upon my diagnostic customer stated that gardeners Had been digging and laying out river rock around the condenser. Soon after gardeners work had been completed they had noticed a wind/hissing noise coming out of the suction line. Upon further investigation I found that the system was completely flat of its R410a refrigerant charge. A leak has occurred on the suction side ultimately resulting in the loss of all of the refrigerant. Leak repair must be conducted and fully charge system back up to proper specification. The date has been set to return for leak repair.
