Performed maintenance on 5 year old Lennox system. Cycled system for cooling. Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. Amp draws are in range for compressor and condenser motor. Primary motor control is in ok condition, secondary motor control is within range. Refrigerant pressures are In range and system is producing proper temperature split. Removed condenser fan and thoroughly washed out condenser coil inside and out. Merv filter was dirty, and was also wet due to an extremely clogged drain line causing water to splash back in unit. Went over findings and recommendations. Replaced Merv filter and also cut and cleared drain line. Re-adjusted drain line and left primed. System is fully operational upon departure.
