Performed diagnostic on system. Condenser is from 1989. Furnace is from 2012. Upstairs is not cooling. Just moved into the home about a year ago. Upstairs also has very little aireflo. Cycled for cooling. Checked outdoor unit electrical and system components. Gauged up to unit and found unit completely flat on r-22 refrigerant. R-22 is no longer being produced and although it is available it is extremely expensive. Went into attic and ductwork is in very poor condition and torn in different areas, which can explain the poor airflow to upstairs. Went over findings and recommendations with homeowner. Ultimately decided that he does not want to repair it and would rather go over some replacement options. Turning call over for replacement options.
