Arrived on site to diagnose a no cooling 2002 rheem system. Condenser located in back yard. Furnace and evaporator coil located in attic. Spoke to client upon arrival she stated she’s tried to have home warranty come out but has had a hard time getting them out here. System has been down supine August 18. So had us come out. Upon arrival had client tune systems on. Indoor unit was operating. Found out door unit on to operational. Inspected both systems. Checked electrical compartment and components. Checked amp drawls and recorded reading for compressor, fan motor and Blower motor. Advised the summary of finds are as followed. Condenser 1. 2002 rheem system. 2. Found disconnect was set to off. Replace and system turned on but compressor shut off right away. 3. Primary control is completely burnt and pitted on contact points and is bad. 4.
