Performed maintenance on a Goodman condenser. Upon arrival customer explains moldy smell from vents, this has been happening for a year now. Inspected condensate lines under the house snd found the condensate line was disconnected under the house and releasing the water into the dirt. There is also a supply duct run that had became disconnected. This duct has been absorbing moisture from the wet dirt and is supplying the house with a foul smell. Outdoor unit was heavily caked in dirt and pollen. The coils were chemically cleaned. Outdoor amperage are ok at this time. System was working before leaving.
