Upon arrival performed maintenance maintenance on rheem systems. Replaced all filters. Advised client motor has very little play when spinning, bearings are beginning to wear out. Temp splits and refrigerant levels in range. Washed off condenser coils. Tested fuses. Secondary motor controls are in range. Systems are a bit older but amperages on compressor and fan motors are in range. Dusted off all electrical connections. Cycled systems on and off, systems are running and have no trouble starting up. Tested refrigerant levels. 1. Condenser fan motor leaking oil 2. R22 refrigerant 3. Tested refrigerant 4. Washed off coils 5. Swapped filters System is operational upon departure.
