Arrived on site to diagnose and 2007 York system with airflow issues. Condenser located in back yard. Furnace and evaporator coil located in attic. Spoke over with client upon arrival stated she is not getting barley any air flow in office and bed rooms. Stated she’s hasn’t had system serviced since w years ago. But they are uncomfortable and due to the condition of her mom and daughter they need good airflow and cool air in home. Had her cycled her system in cooling. System was operational but very little airflow in room. Advised I would be inspecting attic, ducting, indoor and outdoor units. Advised the summary of finding are as followed. Attic 1. Filter heavily dirty and restricted and long over due. 2. Found ducting to not have enough return and restricting air flow from entering system. 3. Insulation okay. 4. Supply ducting are unbalanced and not properly sized for room may need to upsize ducting to get air flow balance all through out home. 5. Ducting has a few Distributio
