Arrived on site to perform fall tune up on a 1995 AirPro system. Furnace located on side of house In closet. Client stated no issues. As they had just moved in September and have home warranty. As he has had them come out in past and do a few repairs. Cycled heating on and good. Inspected electrical compartment and and wiring, blowers assembly and motors and components. Advised the summary of findings are as followed. Furnace 1. 1995 airpro system. 2. Up flow system and found filters dirt as there is no filter rack keeping filter in place. Possibility of dirt may be continuously entering system. 3. Blower assembly and wheel are dirty and accumulating dirt due to filter and lack of change out in past years. Recommend replacing more often to reduce amount of dirt entering system. Client supplied there own. 4. Motors has slight oil from over working in past and is accumulating dirt and oil build up from self wear in past years. If left in same condition motor could fail in future. Reco
