Tech arrived on site. Fan motor was operational on condenser but not compressor. Found the capacitor to have failed. Electrical was super dirty. Cleaned electrical panel. Replaced all start components and added a compressor savor kit. Started unit up. Unit had high pressures due to it being 92 inside the house. It was cooling at this time. Unit is operational upon departure. 1 year parts labor on installed components.
