Upon arrival performed maintenance on 2 Goodman system. Found ducting extremely undersized. Client is fully aware that both systems are running close to 40% of maximum air flow. This has caused a compressor to go out already. Client is gonna speak to his wife, most likely gonna end up going with it. Just needs a few days. TOTAL PRICE FOR DUCTING WITH OUT INSTALL $19,180.00. Tyler gave me special pricing for client that comes out to $13,180.00. We did do 2 systems in 2017. System is operational. Thermostats in working order. System is operational upon completion. All ducting is currently metal ducting .
Upon arrival performed compressor replacement install. Did all proper steps. Braze with nitrogen. Vacuum system. System is operational upon departure and cooling with a 20 degree split. Added 71/2 lbs of refrigerant. Filters are good lz
Customer did not answer door , rang door bell and knocked
Performed diagnostic on 3 year old furnace. System is not heating. Cycled system for heating. System initiated heating sequence , but pressure switch failed to close. Found pressure hose was ripped or possibly chewed through by rats. Repaired hose and cycled system. System went through proper heating sequence of operations and started heating. Filters on both units extremely dirty. Replaced both filters with approval. Cycled system. System is fully operational upon departure.
