Upon arrival performed maintenance on Lennox system. Opened up system and washed out door coils. Secondary motor control is low and out of range. Client had an extra one he replaced. Advised that motor is leaking excessive oil and does not spin freely.Recommend replacing motor, client said he does not wanna do any repairs at this time. Refrigerant levels in range. Primary start is in good condition. Installed sensor predict inside and out. Verified test with Jon. System is operational upon departure.
