Installed germicidal uv light into evaporator coil. Applied cleaning foam to evaporator coil, placed gel tab into drain pan.
Performed a combo tune up on a 2021 Lennox system. Cleaned and Adjust Burners. Check Combustion Air for Proper Venting. Examine the Heat Exchanger for Damage / Corrosion. Test Furnace Safety Controls. Inspect Gas Piping. Tighten Electrical Connections. Measure the Voltage and Amperage. Flush the Condensate Drains. Measure Tempurature Difference between Supply and Return Air. Vacuum Furnace Return Grille. Adjust Gas Pressure & Pilot. Clean in-place Blower Compartment. Inspect Blower Wheel for Proper Balance. Check the System's Static Pressures to Ensure Proper Airflow. Inspect Duct Connections for Air Leaks / Sizing / Insulation. Check all System Safety and Limit Switches. Clean Flame Sensor. Inspect Carbon Monoxide Detector. Check Thermostat for Proper Operation / Calibration. Filters where not changed this visit. System was fully operational on time of departure.

A-Series 4 Ton, 2 Stage Conventional Heating and Cooling System
Upon arrival performed maintenance on heating system. System is very good condition. There is no dust levels inside of system. Blower wheel looks like it just came out of the factory. Filter was replaced. Circuit board and electrical connections in range. Steve sent check in to office. Filter was replaced. Switched 50 amp breaker to 30 amp as new system was max 30. Systems are operational installed new thermostat, got old thermostat. Steve wants to renew in the spring, to start fresh.

Replace existing system with listed equipment. Adapt to and seal existing ducting. Add New 11 Position locking balance dampeners. Proper start up. Permits and HERS testing included.

Opened up systems and entirely washed out coils, Carrier unit is rotting away at the bottom of condenser, a lot of the shell has already fallen apart. Washing outdoor coils, i noticed coils were starting to fall apart and losing firmness. Advised client this is not in good condtion, client does not wanna do any repairs would like to get an estimate to replace system. System is r22 refrigerant. Condenser fan motor leaking excessive oil, showing a lot of signs of failure. Primary and secondary motor control in range. High start up amperages on compressor. Washed out condenser #2 checked refrigerant levels and amperages system is in range. Took apart fan to clean coil entirely. Dusted off all electrical components.
